1. Booking on the tour of your choice is simple!
You are welcome to give us a call before booking with any questions you may have about a trip. If at any stage you have any questions, please contact our tour director Ms. Lori Seamon, located in New York, USA at +315-729-8901.
- Display and print the booking form. Send the completed and signed form to us by email or fax (instructions: clicking the form above will display it in a new window; print the form and complete it by hand. After signing it, you can fax it to us or scan it and email us a copy).
- Once we receive your completed and signed booking form, we will send you instructions to pay a deposit (US $1000) by bank transfer.
- By booking your space on a tour you are accepting the booking terms and liability release.
2. Upon receiving your booking and deposit:
- We will confirm your reservation and send you a receipt, Medical Form, and comprehensive Tour Dossier. The Medical Form should be completed and returned to us within 14 days of registration.
- We will confirm your place on the tour and send you a pre-travel dossier with comprehensive information on climate, health, responsible travel, and a gear/packing list as well as general information about India, Uttarakhand and the Dunagiri area.
- Up until departure we liaise closely with you to ensure you are taken care of.
- Final tour payment is due 60 days before departure. We will invoice you in advance for this. If booking less than 60 days before departure, full payment is due within 14 days of booking your tour. If the tour date you request is already full we will contact you immediately and offer an alternative date, alternative tour, or a full refund of your deposit. We do accept late bookings up until departure if space is available.
